1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProofUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Service Description

ProofUp provides AI-powered tenant screening services including document fraud detection, identity verification, and income verification. Screening results are advisory; final leasing decisions rest with the customer.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must comply with all applicable fair housing, consumer reporting, and privacy laws when using ProofUp. Customers are responsible for obtaining applicant consent prior to screening.

4. Limitation of Liability

ProofUp is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for leasing decisions made based on screening results, and our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding twelve months.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate service per the applicable subscription agreement. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.
